Toyota Sudden Acceleration Defect

This California State Class Action case differs from the Federal Class actions being filed across the country in some significant ways.

First, this case concerns a "dimumination in value" of Toyota and Lexus vehicles. That is, your car is worth less due to the Toyota Recalls.

Second, this new Class Action case only concerns only Toyota and Lexus vehicles sold and owned by California residents.

Third, this case does not directly concern the underlying defects.

Fourth, this case is based upon California's very, very strong consumer protection laws.
