Senate confirms Elena Kagan to Supreme Court

"With Elena Kagan's confirmation, the Supreme Court will better reflect the diversity that has made our country great," said Senate Judiciary Chairman Patrick J. Leahy of Vermont.

Judge Kagan adds to the diversity of the Court.  First, she is a woman. Second, she is Jewish. 

We sincerely beleive that consumers will benefit by Judge Kagan on the Supreme Court.
