The largest employee rights case before the California Supreme Court in 2009 is BRINKER RESTAURANT v. Superior Court (HOHNBAUM. David Mara, Esq. of the The Turley Law Firm wrote the lion's share of the  the Final Brief for California Supreme Court Case BRINKER RESTAURANT v. Procedurally the case concerns a Petition for review after the Court of Appeal granted a petition for peremptory writ of mandate.
