Bill Turley and Dave Mara were at the California Supreme Court for the Largest Wage and Hour Case in California this past week for the Oral Argument in Brinker v. Superior Court. 

Bill and Dave represent 60,000 Brinker employees (Chili's Restaurant) for meal period violation, rest period violations and  unpaid wages.

This may be the largest Wage and Hour case in the history of California Wage and Hour Laws.  The case affects every hourly employee in the State of California for every day they work.  At stake is whether employees are allowed to take meal breaks and rest breaks.
