Boat Collision on Colorado River

There was another boating accident on the Colorado River. In this Colorado River boating accident alcohol could have been a factor. The Colorado River boat accident seriously injured a woman. Unfortunately, Colorado River boating collisions continue to mount.

The District Attorney's Office is reviewing charges against two boaters who collided on the Colorado River last weekend, seriously injuring a 45-year-old woman. The Daily Bulletin reports that Stefani Rhoades was taken to La Paz Regional Medical Center. Russell Becker was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving. Kirk Tahizian may be charged for causing the collision.

There are actually three different potential bodies of law which may be applicable to this collision. The first are federal Navigational Laws, called Rules of the Road. These Rules of the Road would "trump" State law.

The second set of potentially applicable laws is California law - California Harbors and Navigation Code. The third set of potentially applicable law is the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Ya...I had just founded that the investigation is continuing and alcohol is believed to be a factor in the collision. And Members of the Sheriff’s Dive Team conducted a search of the river and recovered Kerber’s body. Thank you so much for telling proper matter here.
