Waste Management California Drivers Wanted

Help Wanted - Waste Management California Drivers

Our law firm, along with a team of law firms,  has filed a Class Action against Waste Management, Inc. , WMI and USA Waste of California. If you are a current or former Waste Management driver in California we need your help. We need your help to investigate.  Based upon our investigation, many WMI California hourly workers may be entitled to thousands of dollars in unpaid wages.

Please contact our office at
dmara@turleylawfirm.com or bturley@turleylawfirm.com.

In other words, this is a:

"Help Wanted - San Diego Drivers"

"Help Wanted - Los Angeles Drivers."

"Help Wanted - WMI California drivers."

We need help from all WMI, USA Waste of California, Inc. and/or  WMI subsidiary  hourly employees.

Specifically,  WMI has an "auto-meal deduct" policy that illegally deducts 1/2 hour of wages. Even if you did not receive a 30 minute uninterrupted meal period.

In addition, WMI did not provide a second meal period for workers working over a 10 hour shift.

Again, we need your help.
