Working Hard for the Rest of Us

When it comes to California Truck and Delivery drivers, there is no one who works harder then these men and women. They provide for the rest of us and they bust their butts while their doing it.

And the one thing that ticks me off more then anything, is seeing these hard working folks like yourself getting ripped off by the companies they work for.

That's why I recommend you read my free book, California Truck and Delivery Driver Wage Theft: The Ultimate Straight Talk Guide To Getting Your Hard Earned Wages Back. It is full of useful information to help you earn your money back.

Trench Plate Rental Driver Class Action

The Trench Plate Rental website says that Trench Plate Rental  focuses on providing  trench protection equipment, service, and solutions to the construction industry. They also provide roadway closure services. Headquartered in Los Angeles, Trench Plate Rental has locations in Los Angeles, North Los Angeles, Ventura, Pittsburg, Newark, Sacramento, Santa Ana and San Diego.

There is Trench Plate Rental Driver Class Action filed in San Diego Superior Court. This case is about a Trench Plate Rental driver class action which alleges that Trench Plate Rental drivers aren’t provided meal periods, rest periods, have 30 minutes automatically deducted from their hours each day and aren’t paid overtime compensation correctly.  Thus, there is a class action lawsuit that we are prosecuting and investigating.

Many of you know that we are Plaintiff’s lawyers in the Brinker v. Superior Court case. This is the landmark California Supreme Court case that defines California employers duties to provide meal periods and rest periods to hourly California employers.  Every hourly worker in California is affected by this case. Even Trench Plate drivers. Even you.

Today, it is my understanding that our law firm represents more California drivers than any other law firm in California. We know drivers.  We specialize in driver class action lawsuits.

If you are a current or former driver for Trench Plate Rental we would like hear your take.  We would like to hear your “Trench Plate Rental story,”  so to speak.

If you would like, we can explain why we think you may be entitled to significant compensation from Trench Plate Rental. According to the lawsuit filed, you may be owed an hour’s pay for every meal and rest period for every day that you worked at Trench Plate Rental from 4 years before the class action lawsuit was filed to present.  In addition, you may be owed ½ pay for each day in unpaid overtime pay.

If you are a former Trench Plate Rental driver you may be owed 30 days pay in addition to the hour’s pay.

To top all of that off, it seems that Trenchplate drivers/ crane operators are reporting that they were on call for "emergency calls" 24/7.  If that is the case, the damages in this case can sky rocket.

Every day, more and more drivers are getting checks from their employers due to driver class actions we have brought. Thousands and thousands of drivers have gotten BIG TIME CHECKS from their employers due to the exact reason why we have brought this case against Trench Plate Rental.  We hear how drivers have used the money to make down payments on houses. We hear how they may never have been homeowners if not for our driver class action cases.

We look forward to hearing from you.

A Final Thought

Please understand that we  are in no way suggesting that Trench Plate Rental doesn't  provide a very valuable service to it's customers.  Because based upon what we see, Trench Plate Rental drivers/ crane operators provide great  value, great service and great products to Trench Plate Rental customers.  That is not what this case is about.  This case is about wages owed to the Trench Plate Rental drivers/ crane operators  - not about the quality of service that these hard working drivers deliver to Trench Plate Rental customers.  Soon we will be sitting down to talk with the Trench Plate management.  We will keep you posted.

There are no Guarantees

Please understand that there are no guarantees here. As Robert Hunter said, "Nothings for certain, it can always go wrong."  It is the same way with lawsuits.  There are a number of factors that can derail any class action lawsuit. This case is no different.  In this case Trench Plate has lawyered-up with as good of lawyers as you are going to find.

That all being said, I really like the evidence we have uncovered in this case. I like where we are. A lot.

"How can I help?"

If you are a Trenchplate employee or a former Trenchplate employee, we would like to speak with you. We want to hear your take.  Help us, help you get money compensation. If you like we can speak, "Off the record," confidentially.
