E. coli and Food-borne Illness & Product Liability

E. coli, Product Liability and Food-borne Illness

The Nestle Toll House Cookie E. coli contamination has been brutal on the victims. People assume that food which they buy in a supermarket will be safe. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Food-borne illness is all too common in California and America.  According to the Centers for Disease Control 70,000 people are infected annually with E. Coli 0157:H7. There is no known cure.

Unfortunately, Nestle is not the only offender. There have been reports of numerous products being contaminated with E. coli.  From ground-beef to spinach to many different food products.

Product Liability attorney from San Diego Bill Turley urges people with food-borne illness to contact a good, honest trial lawyer.  You need a E. coli lawyer from California, that has experince with California product liability cases.
