Defective Product Recall: Baby Jogger

Product Recall Advisory:

Product Safety Attorney from San Diego reports that the Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a Notice of Voluntary Recall for a Baby Jogger City Mini Stroller defect due to fall hazard. There are about 41,000 recalled baby jogging strollers. The stroller restraint buckle could break allowing the child or infant to fall out.

Serious injuries and deaths caused by defective products are all too common. Children are the most vulnerable to product defects because they are unable to protect themselves. Parents are faced with slick advertising and manufacturer assurances that provide false security. Oftentimes parents buying choices are based upon safety considerations, only to find out that the product was dangerous and defective. Fall hazards with strollers are extremely hazardous to children and infants. 

Parents are urged to buy products based upon safety ratings such as Consumer Reports.
